It starts with a Grateful Chip (tm) which can be ordered from the app. This is a real physical chip with a unique serial number and password.

Log the chip into the app and make a "ripple" (short video or written post) which will be linked to that chip.

Origin ripple - The original purchaser makes a ripple describing the hopes and dreams of the impact the chip has on the world.

Giving ripple - Give the chip to someone for whom you are grateful and tell them why. Make a ripple describing the reason for giving.

Receiving ripple - The receiver logs the chip into the app and makes a ripple describing the impact from being given the chip.

Pass it along - The receiver passes the chip to another and makes a giving ripple.

On and on and on - The newest holder of the chip logs it in and makes a receiving ripple before passing it to another who passes it to another who passes it to another.

Track the chip on a map - Watch the chips move around the world as each passing is shown on a map.

Your kind acts have always created ripples of gratitude that you never knew about. Now you will track the chips you put out there and watch all the ripples as it touches lives and makes the world a better place.

Dont have a Grateful Chip yet? Not a problem because you dont need a chip to enjoy the app. Use the app to view the latest ripples and get inspired by the acts of kindness and appreciation.
